PROJECTS

PROJECT 1 - Annual Gala Event

The annual fundraising gala is the major event of the year. Taking place in April each year, guests enjoy a delicious three course meal whilst having a chance to bid on auction items, win prizes through raffle and door prizes and dance the night away!

PROJECT 2 - Club Red

Essence Of Hope is a registered group with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

If you are a regular donor, or are wanting to start, join this group.

Each time you donate, it is recorded against the Essence of Hope group name. By donating whole blood, plasma or platelets you can help many including those with cancers and blood disease, trauma and burns victims and those undergoing medical treatment.

To join, simply visit the Club Red Page, enter Essence of Hope as the group name and add your details.

About a third of donated blood in Australia is used for cancer patients. Of these, patients with blood cancers such as leukaemias, lymphomas or myeloma require a significant amount of donated blood for life-saving treatment.
